Paul Toseland and Amy Toseland do all the buying and selling which enables them to keep tight control of costs from purchase through to payment; meaning you are ensured of the personal touch and not annoying layers of communication. Jason Addison does the logistics and contract execution.
Your produce from the combine is sampled and sent for testing. Having seen the grain in store, much time is then spent on allocating each lot of grain to its optimum home. Both in terms of price, and trouble-free delivery.
Paul set up the business in 2002, now having over 35 years of experience in the grain trade. With no tiers of management to answer to, Paul is always willing to share an honest opinion on market direction.
Jason joined the team in 2014. Jasons experience in bulk haulage logistics spans over 35 years. His helpful manner means he works hard to facilitate specific requests from both farmer/supplier and the consumer/buyer.
After 3 years in the agricultural insurance industry, Amy was keen to become part of the grain trade, joining the team in April 2023. Her youthful enthusiasm results in the extra effort to execute a hassle-free deal between us and the farmer/buyer.
Elisabeth joined the team in September 2019. She ensures the smooth running of day-to-day office activities. Elisabeth is the glue in the triangle of those named.
